To celebrate clonbullogue airfield 25th anniversary, we are hold a vintage and classic fly-in on Aug 25th - 26th. BBQ on the Saturday followed by party in the clubhouse. Fireblade 900, The Easa Permit to fly is just a temporary permit to move the aircraft that is good for 28 days. It's mentioned probably due to the fact that the aircraft needs an annual and more than likely doesn't have a valid ARC. Once issued it means you can move the aircraft to the approved main...

Lads,

Slight change in plan to the runway project. put on hold for a few weeks to tie up a few unforeseeable loose ends. hopefully will be starting in the next few weeks.

Just a note to inform everyone that from the 20th April EICL will be closed to all traffic as we are starting construction of the tarmac runway. It will take about 1 month to complete. Survey work is currently being carried out so please ensure no-one is working on the runway if you plan on landing ...

EI-AMT was first registered on 25/9/1962 to M. McCarthy and based in Carnmore, Co. Galway. Change of ownership to Trans World Helicopters, Shannon, on 19/5/1967, then cancelled for the reg following a crash in the Lugna Quilla Mountains on 29/6/1967. Limetree Fly-in

Guys, We are having a fly-in down in Limetree the weekend of the 4th-5th October. BBQ and party in the hangar afterwards. We are hoping to have an extension on the runway for this weekend increaseing it to approx 600m to cater for a bigger range of aircraft. i'll keep everyone posted on the progress...
