That said landing the thing is a challenge, I would definitely be interested in a few more hours on a cub but I thought the one in newcastle is private? Anyone know is this a club airc...

Re: Bristol atpl books

I've a full set of Oxford books including the Jepp manual available. All are highlighted from the Oxford Aviation waypoint groundschool which got me a high 90's average. Worth their weight in gold as you only need to learn what's highlighted so cuts out all the crap. Jepp manual is highlighted with ...

Hour building - How many per day is reasonable.

Hi Guys, Heading over to Florida next month to do some hour building with sunstate based in Kissimmee. After taking a read at some of the topics regarding hour building decided to go with sunstate as most of the reviews of them were pretty positive. Have about a week and a half to do about 30 hours,...

Maybe they should reconsider that agreement in light of what's happened. My deepest sympathy goes to the families of the two men.

Considering the fact that Weston is in class C Airspace I would have thought filing a flight plan would be required regardless of what airspace the aircraft would be flying into? Someone please correct me on this if I'm wrong :?:

Tuned in to see a very interesting programme with thankfully a positive attitude to GA.

It's nice to put some faces to some of the names on the forum and I hope you don't mind me saying this AlphaLaura but your much more attractive then most of the pilots I know.

Safe Flying,

Any loan from the bank towards this course would have to be secured, either on your own property or someone else's. From what I have heard, the training is supposed to be pretty good with proficient instructors and a well structured course. That said, like anything in the aviation field, go in with ...
