PPL Radio Telephony Course

Does anyone know if there is a ground Radio Telephony course anywhere in Ireland or Northern Ireland. I think I need to get over the nervousness hurdle and think a day course would probably do me the world of good.

Would probably be better in a group scenario but any advise would be areciated.

First exam - Navigation (Navigation, Met, Practical Flying)
Second Exams - Human Performance
Third Exam - Air Law
Fourth Exam - Tech (Aircraft Technical, Instruments)

The External Aplified Aerial, is that the aerial that comes with the Radio or do you need to purchase an External Aplified Aerial?

Thanks Pilot for your comments. So having a transciever is not really of any use to me as I will have a radio in the aircraft and in the event of radio failure I have the transponder.
