Have to agree with Balkenhawk. Anybody, in any field of life, is doing something illegal for one of 2 reasons: 1. Criminal activity, in which case the obligation on everybody is to report them or 2. Hi Big Duke, Big steps indeed and best of luck with it. Only advice is if you are interested in SAR make sure to get a job in Oil and Gas first and get your hours up. Flying in SAR is great but hours per year are low. If you come in with low hours it will take a long time to upgrade to SFO let alone...
