the Bolkow sling shot taken in Middle Abbey Street shown on the first page of this thread was Joe also.

I think the EI-BDI shot in Middle Abbey Street might have been flown by a Donegal man still living in Cork.

Could be wrong on that but great shots.

He was landing on a dolly and bounced off it. He then tried to reposition and made a bit of a hash of it.

Not always an easy thing to land on.

I used to work with this pilot a few years ago and it's another tragic accident. If you think there is a chance that something like this is going to happen on your flight then there is no outside pressure strong enough to get you off the ground. As pilots though we naturally want to complete the job...

There is nothing to say you can't log the hours. You just can't use them as the required hours for a rating or certificate.
