Re: Class 1 IAA Medical

Hi all, i called Dr.Roodenburg from the IAA, (who wasnt very helpful as i couldnt really understand what she was saying), She is impossible to deal with, even those working in the Mater Aeromedical section say that. The memories!!...First solo in N19222. Did my PPL in OBA back in 1999. There and back in 21 days, with a few days to spare at the end. Back then the cost was STG?2000 all in. I'd love to send the ATC'ers of DUB and SNN off to JFK or ORD for the day! The look of shock on their faces would be priceless!

Looking for someone.

Does anyone know a person called Adrian Rogan? I think he was involved in the helicopter business in Ireland, but is now in Australia.

Thanks.

Absolutely no chance of A340's for EI. DM doesn't like them from his experience at EK, and that's straight from the horses mouth.
The new 330's arriving have higher gross weights and thrust capabilities, enabling even the -300 to do the US West coast trips.

Re: Maybe!

Dublin-Belfast A321 A321? Aer Arann couldn't even get into double figure pax numbers per flight with an ATR42 on that route. start Long haul routes with A340-500s to New York. Fort Lauderdale(miami) and LAX Why an A340-500? That's range overkill on short routes like that. More efficient to utilise ...

360 IAS at FL250 sounds a bit fast for a turboprop. Would outrun everything bar the 747!
