Crazy carry on. what is the issue with these people. Do they want to close the field or hurt their tenants, or just exclude flyers. A beatuiful looking aircraft. The rudder and steering is conneceted to the yoke, however you could convert it to rudder peddels if you wanted to, There is a beautifull example in Moyne Airfield, and i suspect if it got a kind owner it could be bought. I don't know of any other one flying in Ireland....

If a permit plane could not be inspected correctly the IAA would not issue a permit. I would think a permit plane is your best bet.
Perhaps UAI will explain the difference ? CS
