More Peter Wells in the Silence Twister

And here's one of my favourite aerobatic videos on Youtube even if not the most extreme... hard to imagine a better ad for the plane! Music isn't bad either...

...assuming it's possible to figure out what that line means exactly! I don't know what anyone else received... I know I was given 4 extra hours (on top of the 18 pre-solo hours as standard) to learn to land the Cessna which took the pressure off a bit. As far as completing goes I was given (slightl...

Nuts, the day I leave he announces more aircraft! I think 704FE was the one that had been parked up out front. I'm not entirely convinced by the maths given that some of the Cessnas were being used prior to the 1st Feb (by people who didn't want to fly liberty's) and I'm near certain CPL students we...

No nothing's changed... no sign of them coming back in a hurry. The speculation suggests some problem has been found with pitch sensitivity though there certainly hasn't been any official explanation...

well there's 7 out there now though i'm not sure if all are flying... didn't see that many on the schedule... I've been up in 714GZ, 704ZW and 9890J and I know that 714DF and 9804J are also flying but I'm not sure about 46657 or 6237K. 4MH definitely isn't flying and looking at it I can't see how th...

I'm sure there's a good reason alright but he needs to get more planes here fast... anyways I've gotten used to the 150s soloed today in 9890J (a serious bucket of bolts that one... transponder failed on the downwind!). They gave me an extra 4 hours due to the plane change. Also N714GZ you'll be gla...

no news on that either... don't see how he can continue without more planes though... there are hourbuilders here that have hardly flown in a week!

I don't know... we haven't been given a reason. Plenty of speculation of course... usually that they're too hard for students to land... require too much maintenance etc. I reckon only Adrian knows for sure why he pulled the plug. The consensus does seem to be that they're not going back in service ...

In further OBA news, the entire liberty fleet is currently grounded (from last Thursday). I'm in OBA at the moment doing my PPL and have been moved to the C150s. It's a bit tricky right now getting the hours given that there are basically 10 planes less now than before... Hour builders seem to be ha...
