Re: Hour building blog

Great blog Christy,

Reminds me of my own adventures when I did my hour building a few years back. I was in daytona beach florida, but enjoyed reading about your experiences, knowing i have been through them myself.

What stage are you at now?

Re: doing the atpl

Hi Peteport, Just a short note to add to marks comments, which I feel is relevant. I have flown with many people who have been in 2 or 3 if not more flight schools and who have jobs. So multiple schools isn't always a bad thing. I generally feel if you give it your best shot and aim for first time p...

I also attended the evening and found it very well run. Audience participation was great as well. An all round well run event. Well done to all involved.

If you are looking for recommendations here are a couple of places which are most certainly worth a visit. 1) Key W...

Re: Knock v Sligo

Hi holyflyer, I was in sligo a few weeks ago and its a lovely airport. Its a ten euro landing fee, not sure about parking though. They do nice ham and cheese toasties. Regards access, its certainly straight forward to get in and out to ur plane, but not sure about coming to the airport by car. The a...

Hi I'm not quite in that situation but i see shades of how you feel in my situation. I passed my PPl in January of this year and have flown 5 or 6 hours since getting it and nothing since the start of June. I'm studying for the atpl's so i've been concentrating on these. It is my intention however t...

Hi red barron, Where did you hear about this deal, im out in weston regularly and haven't seen or heard this. It apperas to be good on the surface, but then you have to add fuel onto the cost. With a quick calculation this would be about 60 euro per hour itself. This brings the grand total up to aro...
