--------On a separate note which may be useful to know for UK licence holders flying in Ireland. After November 17th 2012 if you renew your SEP rating in Ireland you will no longer be able to get an Irish examiner to sign your licence. You will need a UK examiner to sign the licence. i always went with 11 PIC and 1 instructor !

hi blueskies no as i know there is no plans to run this part time, as they are having enough trouble running it full time ! in general its not too difficult, there isnt alot of essays and that its more tests the course is very slow to kick into gear but im hoping because its the first year that it w...

was up yesterday flew from einc to kikh via dub city centre and the kind atc on 118.6 gave me permisson to do an app on 16 in eidw got down to 300ft was great enjoy it while it lasts make the most of the freedom of the skies
