Nick has the right idea. Check the NOTAMs for the times when the tower closes. When they close the Galway CTR reverts to Class G -then you can do as much sight seeing as you want. +1 to the above post. Inverin is strictly PPR. The landing fees have increased to circa €45/50 for fixed wing and I think it's in the region of 100 bucks for helis.
