I see due to an injury to one of the Synchro pair in Greece the Reds wont be displaying at any displays until the 17th of June 2010 so that means Salthill and Punchestown won't have the headliners which is a pity. Hugo, KD is right, I use a Canon 10D and the Zoom I use is a 170-500 / f5-6.3. Its a good lens for its time but now like everything you buy now is obsolete within months along with the Camera. €2000 in 2004 LOL!!, You can get better models now for a quarter of that price!! The new Cameras out there ...

I Would Agree with Cubpilot, I think the site needs to be cleaned up a bit especially the sheep fleeces lying about and tatty orange plastic netting but overall the derelict air to it fuels the imagination and discussion without have a undoubtedly badly designed building sticking out of the landscap...

Cheers Hum,

Your display was very energetic but as the display line was too far out for some decent photos plus shooting into the sun made it even more so!!

It looks like some guys cut some corners it seems!!

I see that now but its in the GA section, No mention of this in events?

73 folks looked at this so far, so it looks like not everyone looks at the GA Section on a regular basis and I am one of them!!

RAF Typhoon Display Galway 30th June 2009

Folks, I see that the Typhoon is down to display along with the Red Arrows on the 30th on June next. Possibility of 2 Tiffies in Shannon then as then is no other display dates that weekend Might be worth making the trip to Galway for this, I will skip the boats though. m cheers George
