IT CARLOW

In relation to the aircraft systems course in I.T Carlow i have heard that if you do 2 years of this course you can get some sort of higher cert in avionics can anybody confirm this for me.

I think i will do the medical soon enough thats another thing about the medical i wear glasses but i was told that the days that pilots could not fly if they needed glasses are over is this true. keep in mind i will continue to finish my two years which has been the long term plan but this third year is an option,i never said i would be dropping out or anything like that its just i'd like to get to my main goal now rather than sitting in a college studying something i would not persue a care...

airoshane i'm glad to hear that i'm not the only one who finds the course difficult in first year speaking of the JARS as i'm not really passionate about the engineers side of the industry do you think it would a good decision if i sit the A type JAR exams or is this limiting my future just in case ...
