Emigrating to Ireland, like to know more please

Hi I am currently in South Africa emigrating to Ireland in January/February 2019 but not sure exactly where I will be living though. I want to convert my SA ICAO PPL to EASA PPL. I believe it is possible and can be done in Cork. Anyone here who has done that? I also would like to take up Aerobatics ...
