shannon aerospace do not give you a question bank,its not America.CAT A is so easy anyway with a small bit of study,its level 1 knowledge,there is disks floating about with exam q's but the i hear the whole question bank has been recently overhauled and the exams take place in the clare inn at dromo...

i'd have to agree with stovepipe regarding pay,i just saw a job advertised in the UK for someone with a B2 offering 22/23K thats barely above min wage!!!lonewolf did you ring those companies i pm'd u??

its approved alright bob but the IAA wont give a discount on time for doing the exams in college,even 2 years working experience is nothing,a company will not give their approval to a b1/b2 unless they have a good bit of experience

B1 next year?without experience? dont make me laugh,theres no way the IAA will count 3 years of being in college as time towards your license,i dont care what it says on paper,its not done.

the inertial navigation system(INS) is the old type,ive seen that on the older videos,mad stuff compared to todays IRS which has ring-laser gyros (3 i think) on a strapdown system measuring angular velocity and a whole lot of maths with prisms etc!! highly accurate,little or no calibration required
