the Aviation Authority woman in ireland told me yesterday when i rang that i'll never be able to go further with a Thai PPL and not to waste my money. Wonder is it all tied up with ensuring the status quo for established FTOs and ensureing that they can't loose students. You may exempt PTC in Waterford from that speculation. Guys we have changed the PPL training at EIWF to a PA-28-161 (fixed prop). The PA-28-RT (Variable prop and retractable gear) is used in complex and certain IR training.
