i've been looking forward to that program for a number of weeks.

Glad to say it makes the licence fee worth it!!

No spins Laura?:(

Makes me more annoyed that i let the PPL lapse, will have to get it renewed so I can throw BUGE around like that!

Pilot,

Maybe you should post the 500mil updates as a Sticky anyway? It wouldn't do anyone any harm if you had the time. I'm sure it would be appreciated by everyone. I use that chart, as i'm sure many others do, and I could sleep happy knowing that it was fully up to date.

Micheál

I thought it was just me thinking that this iaa doc was really rude and abrupt. I had spoken to her many times and always found her to be totally unhelpful. Who can you complain to? I had terrible trouble with the doc you are referring to. Couldn't revalidate my class 2 because she had "a load...

Are you suggesting that having a girlfriend is a distraction from flying? well i'm spending 1300 quid on plane tickets to go travelling with mine this summer. that could get me a few hours proper flying, not the 13 hours to Argentina in the back of a 'bus. So the answer is yes. God I hope she doesn...

Etihad Sponsorship

Hi all,

Just wondering if there is anyone on the forums who has applied/is thinking of applying for the Etihad international sponsorship this year?

I'm thinking of applying for it next year if its still around, i'd just like a little feed back as to how u got on if u applied.

Cheers

Miche

Sad to see MH is the worse for wear, I logged about 2 hours in her in June 06, a few more in 37K. Godzilla was a mighty little plane tho...testement to the brilliance of the 150/152. On another note sad to hear about Darren - RIP. I never flew with the guy but remember him there...just goes to show ...

I did the PPL in the 150's, didn't bother with the Liberty cos the first ones were only being delivered the week i started and also I wouldn't get the chance to fly anything like it back home avoinics-wise. Ya to be honest I made the original comment without checkin the web cos i've seen them advert...

Did you stay for 4 or 5 weeks? I know 21 days isnt enough, but didnt realise it could drag into 4/5 weeks! I went for 4 weeks (28 days) and needed every one of them. Ihad hoped to get the PPL in about 24-25 days and then have a bit of a holiday for a 3 days but I lost some time due to weather. I wo...
