More info at http://www.rte.ie/news/2007/0912/helicopter.html
Good alo reliable news reports!!!!! Correct me if im wrong but the Pic of the crash looks like a Schwizer 300CBI or similar!!!! not a Robinson as reported!!!!

Why is it that every time there is a crash it is a Robinson that crashed before they check out what it actuatlly was!!!!!

Hope the 2 on board are ok

Fixed wing = Cessna, Rotary wing = Robinson... regardless

Anyway, hope the unlucky occupants are alright.

Heard an unconfirmed rumour of it having an engine failure at low level.
If Mark would be kind enough to move this thread to the Helicopter Forum, some of the other Rotorheads may be able to shed some light on it!
Regards,
BC.

Tiny

Why dont you wait for the accident report, suggest you go and read the NTSB accident reports, its far more usefull than trying (yet again) to get a little titbit or rumour.
