The information and help you will receive regarding any aspect of non-certified rotor craft is invaluable.
You will need to be licenced for the category and class of aircraft regardless of the fact you are flying over your own land or not. Remember you do not own the airspace above your property.
BTW - The rotorway is a well established rotorcraft kit with a good record. Not sure of the situation regarding permit to fly in Ireland.. Quite qure you can operate it though.
