Pilot Licence Suspension/Revoked

Post by skydiveireland » Sat Oct 22, 2011 11:55 am

Pilots:

I would be interested to hear from anyone out there who had your pilots licence ever suspended, revoked or any other action taken by the Irish Aviation Authority against your licence.

Please email me: david@skydiveireland.ie or send me a pm.

Blue Skies,
David

Never, but out of interest what is your interest in this? Is it to find what mischievous behaviour they were caught doing so as to help others not do the same?

Keith,

I hope you understand that my post is only intended to those effected as described in my original thread.
At this time I do not wish to engage in a public discussion on the matter given the seriousness of the content.

I appreciate your interest.

Blue Skies,
David

Holy Crap!! already received some interested responses. Serious cause for believing people are being mis-treated by the IAA without due process.

I am trying to track down people in particular who had a suspension/revocation placed on their licence by the IAA and then followed by an IAA investigation (which eventually showed that thy had done nothing wring in the first place). Followed by your licence being reinstated...

Comments emailed to me so far are very much appreciated.
Please send as many comments as you can david@skydiveireland.ie

This all assumes of course that you actually have a licence!

Strikecommand;
Obviously it is meant for people who have licences. You can't have a licence suspended/revoked if you didn't have one in the first place.

Anyone who flies without a licence, meaning they had no training to fly an aircraft, in my opinion should be put in jail! They risk serious injury to person or property damage which would not have insurance coverage.
