Dont hold yourself so tight to exact weeks, for example you may finish your ppl and be ready for groundschool only to find next course starts in another 5 weeks so then what.... I would say the sim time is not relevant. If an airline advertises for 737 rated with 2500hrs on type thats exactly what they require...2500hrs operational flight time on that type...or perphaps they may speicify 2000hrs jet time on aircraft with MAUW of +25000 and 500hrs on specicifc type relavant ...

Would it be possible to paint large white nunbers on a sutiable place large hanger/shed roof or grass strip.......indicating the frequency so that if they do bumble by they might use there noggin and tune in???????
