Current Shell Avgas prices in Europe N.B. The prices in Jersey / Guernsey are tax free (afik) so I suppose are not really comparable. The Shell Price List states that Avgas is available from them on the Apron of Cork Airport for €176 per 100 litres. They don't state if their values are excluding or...

Given that diesel has fallen below a Euro and petrol 1.15 Euro, could forum members advise of the cost of recent purchases of Avgas. Sorry, I was half asleep writing this original post. Thanks Rudy.
At that point then if still without an EASA licence I would have to obtain the 1 year Validation?
Do you know if that is a paper exercise as in, I apply in writing for it and receive confirmation by return in writing? Or is there more to it than that?

UK CAA says: After 7 April 2015 you’ll need an EASA Part-FCL licence (or a one-year EASA validation on a foreign licence) to fly any EASA aircraft for any purpose. Does anyone know if the IAA have availed of the above derogation or are Irish FAA PPLs still stuck with 8th April 2014? Thanks Kerry Flyer
